The Role

We're looking for an AI Change Lead & Growth Partner to help organisations successfully adopt AI and realise measurable business value. This role sits at the intersection of people, technology, and commercial growth. You'll work closely with clients to shape AI adoption strategies, build organisational capability, establish governance and operating models, and help embed AI into everyday ways of working. You'll also play an important role in supporting business development activities, helping clients identify opportunities, facilitating discovery workshops, and shaping AI transformation programmes from initial conversations through to successful delivery. This is an ideal role for someone who combines change management and stakeholder engagement skills with commercial awareness and genuine curiosity about AI.

Location: This is a remote role with working hours 8-5pm (with occasional travel to meet the team or go to customer sites as required). Please note that for this role, candidates must already have the right to work in the UK. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer visa sponsorship at this time.

You Will

• Lead AI adoption and transformation initiatives, helping organisations move from experimentation to measurable business value.
• Assess organisational readiness and develop practical AI adoption roadmaps aligned to business objectives.
• Design and deliver AI capability-building programmes, including AI fluency pathways, champion networks, communities of practice, and learning initiatives.
• Create engagement, communication, and change strategies that drive sustainable behavioural change and adoption.
• Help clients establish AI operating models, governance frameworks, and responsible AI practices.
• Facilitate discovery workshops to identify AI opportunities, business challenges, and value creation opportunities.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, translating complex AI concepts into practical business outcomes.
• Build internal client capability through frameworks, toolkits, best practices, and knowledge transfer.
• Support business development activities, including client workshops, sales conversations, proposals, and thought leadership.
• Partner with AI Engineers, Data Scientists, and Delivery Leads to ensure solutions are successfully embedded and adopted within client organisations.
• Measure adoption, engagement, and value realisation to ensure long-term success.
