Earlier this week we held a poll, asking if AI was going to be the death of SAAS. The view generally (92%) was that it wasn’t, but there would be difficulties. As explained in the video, tech companies that have the capability and experience could use AI to support them build a more personalised experience than they might be able to get with SAAS. But not every organisation has that technical capability.

Also some high risk processes like payments will be much more difficult for people to accept an inbuilt (AI supported) solution for.
